SAE Flange Connectors are available in Standard and High Pressure Series according to ISO 6162-1/2:2006 and SAE J518 C respectively.

SAE Flanges are used as a reliable alternative to regular pipe and tube connectors. Their biggest advantage is the considerably higher pressure resistance for many sizes and the continuous pressure level of the High Pressure Series which can operate with maximum working pressures of up to 400 bar.

STAUFF SAE Flanges are available as individual components, or complete with seals and suitable sets of bolts.

They come in versions that allow for connection as screwed fittings, as socket weld couplings or butt weld couplings They are also available as split flanges and they include blanking flanges for all variants as required.

The range also includes various types and design of gear pump flanges in accordance with German and Italian connection standards.

STAUFF SAE flanges are made of high-quality materials. The exact steel quality and the surface treatment are adapted individually to the needs and requirements of the flange. Naturally, all our coated parts have CrVI-free surfaces. Stainless steel (1.4404/1.4571), alternate gasket materials and higher bolt strengths are also available on request
